In Memory of David Bowie…

David Bowie reminds me of getting drunk in my kitchen with my best friends singing Starman at the top of our lungs, existing as a 19 yr old driving around with no ambition smoking cigarettes contemplating if there’s Life On Mars, sobbing at a budget theater while Heroes played over the credits of The Perks of Being a Wallflower…
David Bowie may have sold the world but he never bought into it. He was an individual that captured the pure essence of the word. His legacy is solidified in every child that has ever been called a freak or beaten for being different but kept on fighting to discover their niche, their place.

With love,
Thank you Mr. Bowie.
